We invest heavily in training and support for our customers from the day they sign up with us. We have a proven method of getting the platform implemented in the beginning and training your staff to be proficient with the product. That is a standard service that happens with every customer. Our support team is 100% based in the US and are regularly required to visit customers so they truly understand and appreciate the work that provider agencies do. We would never outsource support to another country as it goes back to our feelings on what a long term relationship means. You can’t have a long term relationship when you are calling a call center in a foreign country and speaking to people that have no idea what you do on a day to day basis.
