The MediSked Support is the first line of defense for MediSked Connect and MediSked Coordinate users and 2017 has been an exciting time to be a member of the team.

In 2017, there were three standout performers on the Support Team. These three members received the most positive CStat feedback, closed the most cases, and contributed significantly to customer satisfaction.

Top Issue called on:
In mid-2017, MediSked Connect introduced a new feature: the ability to process claim adjustments within Connect. With the release of the Adjustment feature, users with access to the Billing tab can now process claim adjustments without requiring the intervention of the Support Team. This release was well received by many excited users that reveled in having the ability to adjust claims independently. However, as with any new feature release, users had many questions about how best to make use of the Adjustment feature. As a result, Adjustments earned top billing as 2017’s Most Asked About Feature.

Introducing: Customer Satisfaction (CStats)
In 2017, Support migrated to a new software called Desk. With the introduction of Desk, Support can allow instant feedback from MediSked Connect/ MediSked Coordinate Users in the form of four faces: Red (Poor), Orange (Fair), Yellow (Good), Green (Great). Feedback from Connect/Coordinate users has been very valuable to the Support team and has provided areas for growth and improvement. The Support Team is confident that because of user feedback, 2018 will provide additional opportunities for Support to better serve the needs of our clients.
In the upcoming year, the Support Team welcomes all MediSked Administrators to continue to utilize the CSTAT function in Desk and as reward for your unbiased feedback, responders will be entered into a Quarterly drawing to win MediSked goodies!
