Emerging from the COVID-19 Pandemic: Using Data to Transform Whole Person Services and Supports for the Future
Thursday, December 9th, 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM ET
During this session, presenters from representing technology, medical and provider operations will share data and stories from the public health emergency. The presenters will share lessons learned from the pandemic and its disparate effect on individuals with I/DD along with their influence on planning for the future on topics including virtual services, vaccinations, and more.
Objectives: Review and benchmark on the pre-pandemic way of service delivery; identify the lessons learned from the data over the past 18 months; and discuss how the COVID data can transform future services and supports.
