In this Website Privacy Policy (“statement”), we, MediSked LLC provide information about how we collect, use, disclose, and transfer personal information from you, an individual person and website or Person-Centered Portal visitor, through the publicly accessible MediSked website ( which can be accessed without a password) or Person-Centered Portal and on which we post a direct link to this statement (collectively the “sites”).


This statement covers only data collected through the sites and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of webpages to which the sites link, or data that we collect offline or through webpages that do not display a direct link to this statement.

Through the sites, we receive personal information as well as other information related to your use of the sites.

Your Personal Information, other than that associated with the Person-Centered Portal, may be processed by us in the country where it was collected as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

Regarding Children

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the sites and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our databases. We recommend that children between the ages of 13 and 18 obtain their parent’s permission before submitting information over the internet. By using the sites, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old.

Collection Purposes, Use of Data

MediSked Short Code Terms of Service

  1. When you opt-in to the service by selecting SMS to receive your one-time password, we will send you an SMS message to the confirmed number you have provided containing an access code to authenticate your identity upon logon.
