JoAnn Lamphere, DrPH, is a consultant for MediSked and previously served as the Former Deputy Commissioner of Person-Centered Supports at the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) until her retirement in 2018. Her previous roles include serving as a former Principal at Health Management Associates (HMA) and as the State Government Affairs Director for the Long-Term Care Team at AARP. JoAnn earned her Doctorate in Public Health at Columbia University.
