Internet Explorer is No Longer Supported by MediSked
MediSked is discontinuing support for all versions of the web browser Internet Explorer. Please read below for important details, timelines, and our plan to communicate this change to users.
The security and consistent user experience of MediSked solutions are always our top concern. As Microsoft has begun to transition away from the Internet Explorer (IE) browser, MediSked solutions will no longer be built for compatibility with IE.
Microsoft has already begun sunsetting IE and will continue to do so throughout the first six months of 2021. As result, IE will not offer a secure and consistent browsing experience for users.
Going forward, MediSked platforms will be designed and tested to be compatible with the most recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari browsers only. Our compatibility page always contains the most up-to-date browser information.

How many users will be impacted?
Only a small percentage of our users have logged in with IE in 2020.
How will you be letting users know of this change?
To inform those users of this change, MediSked will begin warning any user who accesses their MediSked solution from IE that they should update to one of the compatible browsers.
Will MediSked allow users to login using Internet Explorer once it’s no longer a supported browser?
MediSked will warn users who attempt to log in from the incompatible IE browser beginning in the first quarter of 2021 and remind them to switch to a compatible browser. This is to ensure that all users are accessing their MediSked platforms from a browser that guarantees a secure and consistent experience. At a designated point determined by platform, users will no longer be able to login using Internet Explorer. See the timeline provided for that information.
