User Groups & Client Satisfaction

How many times have you heard from companies about attending a user group, and it ended up containing very little content?  Traditionally, user groups were focused on showing end users how you should be using the product, rather than asking how you use the product so the vendor can learn how to enhance it.

Our customer support team is focused on getting you the answers to your questions as quickly as possible. These could be updates to reports or entering in enhancement tickets on your behalf.  We want to ensure your needs are being met. Our support team consists of experts in the product with a combined 12 years of experience using the products.

One of the key competencies for MediSked’s Client Services team is engaging with our customers in ways that best meet their needs.  This required us to review a lot of our internal processes—specifically how we share information relating to new features, product releases, and when a release is happening. As we examine the feedback we have received, we are learning how engaged our customers are with our material.  As much as MediSked is the industry leader in providing holistic solutions, we always want to hear feedback from our customers about what we can improve on.

After reviewing responses to several surveys and understanding what the customer needs were in 2022, we hosted two user group training courses focused on product features that our customers may not know about. These sessions were held over two days, with around six hours of product content each day. MediSked shared best practices, why certain features were developed, and what is on the horizon for the future of our products.  The feedback from these sessions was amazing and we deeply appreciate our clients spending the time with us.

In 2023, we are excited to announce that every quarter we are striving to have a virtual or in-person user group focused on product features and continue to build stronger relationships with all of you.  Our first virtual online seminar user group kicks off on March 29th and March 30th for our Connect and Coordinate customers, respectively.
