The Resource Exchange (TRE) is an incredible agency in Colorado Springs, Colorado that supports over 4,400 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) with a staff of almost 300 employees. TRE is implementing MediSked Connect – Agency Management Platform and MediSked Portal – Person-Centered Portal for the following programs: early intervention, community coordination/case management, supported living services, and their family services support program.
Several members of the MediSked team were in Colorado last week for an onsite with the agency’s project management team. MediSked posed the question, “what do you envision getting out of this visit and our platforms?” The TRE project management team responded:
- Eliminating duplicate processes, especially where that intersects with state agencies around billing
- Ensuring all of their information is housed in one place
- Making information accessible to the individuals they support and their families to promote person-centeredness
The photo pictured shows MediSked’s Doug Golub, Michele Barringer, Russell Dinolfo, and Frank DiMarco with the wonderful TRE Project Management Team and their new implementation banner! The implementation banner offers a visual representation of the progress TRE’s team is making. As TRE achieves project milestones during implementation, they will receive badges that they can affix to their poster.
The Resource Exchange is committed to building independence for the individuals they support. We are proud to partner with an agency that provides invaluable lifespan services and is heavily invested in conducting research to optimize care for the individuals they support.
